It's simply to open USB debugging on Android 3.0 to 4.1, just need three steps: Go to "Settings" <  "Developer options" < "USB debugging".

Part 3. How to Enable USB Debugging Mode on Android 4.2 or Later

For Android operating system on Android 4.2 or later, developer options are hidden by default, so you can't find the USB debugging directly, you need to open developer mode first, follow the below steps.

Step 1. Go to "Settings" and tap "About Phone".

Step 2. Click "Build number" for 7 times until you get a note that "You are under developer mode".

Step 3. Go back to "Settings" and click "Developer options", then enable "USB debugging".
