Steps to Download Deleted Contacts from Android on Computer
Step 1. Download Android Data Recovery
Download the Android data recovery (Windows or Mac) program on your computer and double-click it, the software will start install it, follow the instruction to finish the installation process, after that, launch it on your PC and tap "Android Data Recovery" feature.
Step 2. Connect your Android device and enable usb debugging
