Part 1: Extract iTunes backup to restore iPhone contacts

Recover iPhone contacts don't need to connect your device to the computer. To prevent the backup file from being synced and updated by the new data, you should not sync your iPhone with iTunes once lost your contacts. Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the computer

2. Pressing the "Power" and "Home" buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.

Step 2. Preview & Recover delete contacts from iPhone
