Steps to Recover and Extract Deleted Data for Android on Computer
Step 1. Run the software and link Android
Launch the Android data recovery software on your computer and select "Android Data Recovery" feature on the main screen, connect your Android phone to your computer and press "Trust" on phone screen.
Step 2. Enable usb debugging
If you have turned usb debugging on your Android phone, the software will detect your phone and show it’s base info on the screen, else the software will prompt you the steps to enable USB debugging, you can follow the instruction to open it.
1. For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"
2. For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
3. For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
Step 3. Choose data type to extract
There are many data type on the new screen, including photos, videos, contacts, text messages, audios, call logs, documents and more, tick all data type you want and click "Next" to go on.
Step 4. Install FoneGo and get authorized
